Gardening in West Bergholt
For the green-fingered amongst us there are three associations that might be of
interest.
- West Bergholt Gardener's Association;
- Colne Valley Flower Club;
- Allotment Holders.
 West Bergholt Gardener's Association
This club holds meetings at 7.30pm in the Orpen Hall on the third Mondays of
February to May, and from September to December, with speakers on a variety of
themes related to gardening. At present the April meeting takes the form of an
Annual Plant Sale, open to the general public. In addition to our regular
meetings we also visit gardens of interest locally and farther afield. New

 Colne Valley Flower Club
The flower club, which meets in the Orpen Hall at 7:30 pm on the third
Wednesday of the month, hosts numerous competitions, demonstrations and talks
about flower arranging and also hosts charity events.

 Allotment
Holders
The Parish Council administer the allotments right near the centre of the
village as trustees. Anybody interested in finding out more about the
allotments should contact the clerk to the parish council.
